Lonestar at Spokane Live

On December 13th, I had the pleasure of seeing Lonestar at Spokane Live! for the first time. They are a band that I have been wanting to see since I was a teenager, and I must say that it was such an unforgettable night. Being able to see them in a venue that had such a warm and intimate atmosphere made the whole night feel very personal.

Seeing the energy of the crowd ebb and flow from song to song sparked so much energy and being able to see everyone singing along and even dancing in the aisles made my heart so happy.

Being able to hear "Mr. Mom" and "Little Drummer Boy" all in one concert was something that I'll never forget. There's something special in hearing a country rendition of classic holiday tunes.

There were some songs that I haven't heard in so long that when they were sung, I may or may not have embarrassed myself by dancing alongside everyone else. For me, the highlight and most memorable moment of the night was when they sang "Amazed". I was teleported back to 1999 when I was in high school and swaying back and forth at one of our mixers with my friends and it brought me to tears.

Being able to see how they connected so closely with the crowd and seeing how much the music meant to everyone was so heartwarming. They interacted with not only me, but even shouted out a birthday! If you ever have the chance to see them in an intimate setting like this one was, do it. It will be the best decision, as it made me appreciate their music even more than I already did.

That being said, it was such a wonderful night filled with fantastic music, laughter, and holiday magic. If you're a fan of Lonestar or just a country fan in general, you won't want to miss seeing them live.
